Helping teachers learn how to honor, embrace, and enrich their learning spaces for students from all cultural backgrounds and capitalizing on every student's skills; Multi-Language Learners, Exceptional Student Services (SPED), and Gifted. In this session, we will provide strategies for implementing organic systems for support.

Gina Yonts, long time educator and Leadership Coach, will be highlighting important concepts and strategies for educators from James Clear’s Atomic Habits to help provide a framework for success. Strategies are applicable to classroom teachers and coaches to help them access their potential and achieve work/life balance.

If you want to change someone’s beliefs, you’ll need to provide an experience they’ve not had before. In order to move beyond false starts, time and energy invested in experiences is the best place to start. Foundational understanding of the results pyramid will be the focus of this session and offered to help you shift your own thinking about what is possible; professionally and personally!
